Redefining Zionism for all God’s Creatures!

This one is just too interesting to not highlight and share. It comes from the LA Times which is privately owned by the Tribune Company, which is owned and operated by the Jewish Sam Zell, the current Chairman and CEO.

While I am unequivocally placing the LA Times under the kosher-party-line umbrella, I have noted some slight anomalies regarding how closely it tugs this party line. Some interesting points are outlined in this article…

Hamas Tunnel System Rivals Viet Cong’s Cu Chi Underground

A massive tunnel system running from Gaza to the Egyptian border has long served Palestinians as a supply line for everything from livestock and construction materials to stocks of medicine and smuggled electronics equipment. But now, as war rages in the area, the tunnels have become the main route for providing the Hamas terror group with the weapons it needs to fight against Israel.

Dismantling the tunnels in Gaza is a key to winning the war for Israel, which has sworn to eradicate them. But military experts and historians say destroying them will be virtually impossible.

The tunnel system is strikingly similar to the Viet Cong’s infamous Cu Chi tunnels during the Vietnam War. The Viet Cong moved weapons and supplies through their tunnels, and, like Hamas, they hid their top leaders in them as well.

The Viet Cong — a technological underdog to the United States — was able to bridge the firepower gap against a world superpower through sheer cunning and ingenuity. The Cu Chi tunnels were a vast network of underground sleeping quarters, weapon storage facilities, war rooms and fighting positions. Guerrillas dug out makeshift medical facilities beneath the earth, and doctors tended to wounded soldiers in them, often using electricity generated by a bicycle.

Hamas in the eyes of an expert

Khaled Hroub, author of several books on Hamas, including Hamas: A Beginner’s Guide, talks to Al Jazeera about the organisation’s social and political strengths and explains why he believes Hamas is looking forward to an Israeli ground incursion into the Gaza Strip.

Al Jazeera: Two senior Hamas leaders were recently killed in Israeli air strikes. How will this impact the organisation’s leadership?

Khaled Hroub: Hamas’ leaders are very used to hiding and escaping Israeli attacks. I can’t see this affecting Hamas much. Israel succeeded in assassinating very senior Hamas leaders including Sheikh [Ahmed] Yasin himself, the founder and spiritual leader of Hamas, then followed by Abdel Aziz Al-Rantissi who was the main figure in the Gaza Strip.

And yet Hamas continued to rise and succeeded in winning the elections. So I can’t see Hamas being weakened by killing one or two or three or even more leaders in the Gaza Strip.

YouTube Partners with MOSSAD

It seems that the days of using YouTube as #1 media to distribute documentaries, videos and presentations about the truth of Israel and Zionist and their horrific war-crimes history and terrorism profile, has come to END.

Yesterday, it was announced that YouTube officially connected to the infamous ADL as partner to “Fight Against Hate.”

YouTube has reached out to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) for its expertise in dealing with hate on the Internet. In one outgrowth of that partnership, the League is now a contributor to YouTube’s newly launched Abuse & Safety Center, where users are empowered to identify and confront hate, and to report abuses.

The YouTube Abuse & Safety Center features information and links to resources developed by ADL to help Internet users respond to and report offensive material and extremist content that violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines on hate speech…

The Other Israel (Teaser)

Bush warns of ‘long and painful recession’

President Bush on Wednesday warned Americans and lawmakers reluctant to pass a $700 billion financial rescue plan that failing to act fast risks wiping out retirement savings, rising foreclosures, lost jobs, closed businesses and even “a long and painful recession.”

His dire warning came not long after the president issued extraordinary invitations to presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain, one of whom will inherit the mess in four months, as well as key congressional leaders to a White House meeting on Thursday to work on a compromise.

“Without immediate action by Congress, American could slip into a financial panic and a distressing scenario would unfold,” Bush said in a 12-minute prime-time address from the White House East Room that he hoped would help rescue his tough-sell bailout package.

Regions back Medvedev over Caucasus

President Medvedev says the country had no option but to intervene militarily after Georgian forces killed hundreds of civilians and some Russian peacekeepers in South Ossetia. He made the statement at a meeting of the heads of Russia’s regions in the Kremlin.

Medvedev told the State Council meeting that his government had acted responsibly.

“There isn’t a single country in the world that would tolerate its citizens and peacekeepers being killed. Russia was obliged to save these people”.

At the Moscow meeting, the government’s position was backed by regional leaders.

The Republic of Tatarstan’s President, Mentimir Shaimiyev, said recent events showed that ethnic conflicts cannot be solved by force.

Georgia started the war – Pat Buchanan

Georgia’s Jewish Benefactor

by John Ubele

I usually don’t chime in on foreign affairs but the recent Russian Georgian conflict has motivated me to write something about it.

Since the Georgian offensive into South Ossetia began there has been a steady stream of evidence that proves the U.S. and especially Israel had taken active roles in training and equipping the Georgian military.

The following video from Russia Today is an interview with Paul Craig Roberts a former assistant secretary of the treasury during the Reagan administration. In the video Mr. Roberts explains the U.S.-Georgia connection but fails to fully detail Israel’s support of the Georgian military.

Fortunately the staff at Ynet News produced the following article which does an excellent job at detailing Israel’s ties with the Georgian government.

War in Georgia: The Israeli connection
by Arie Egozi

August 10, 2008

The fighting which broke out over the weekend between Russia and Georgia has brought Israel’s intensive involvement in the region into the limelight. This involvement includes the sale of advanced weapons to Georgia and the training of the Georgian army’s infantry forces…

…Israel began selling arms to Georgia about seven years ago following an initiative by Georgian citizens who immigrated to Israel and became businesspeople…

Now the first question that crosses my mind is why would Israel and the U.S. arm Georgia against Russia? It seems obvious to me that Israel wants to pin down Russia’s military inside of Georgia.

The Israeli government probably thinks that with Russia pinned down in Georgia that Russia wouldn’t be able to come to Iran’s aid. If this is the case then Israel is being severely shortsighted.

It seems that Israel will continue to play a very dangerous game of Risk one which if she is not careful with could stand to lose everything.

Georgian minister: Israel has sold us out

Israel has joined in the West’s betrayal of Georgia, the Georgian reintegration minister, Temur Yakobashvili, told Haaretz yesterday. As the official in charge of bringing Abkhazia and South Ossetia back into the fold, Yakobashvili oversaw negotiations with the Russians to end the fighting there. He warned the world that the situation would escalate into war, but the West ignored him. “They said the Georgians are exaggerating again,” he charged.

A former Zionist leader who speaks fluent Hebrew, Yakobashvili credited Israeli defense companies with “enabling us to train our army and giving us the possibility to withstand the Russians,” but termed the Israeli government’s decision to stop arms exports to his country “a disgrace.”

The Chosen Tribe Quibble, Gentiles Pay For It

God’s Chosen People, the Jews, are quibbling again. In Israel, the din of Jewish squabbling is shaking the halls of Liberal, Conservative and Orthodox Judaism. The controversy has even swept across the pond, dividing otherwise cohesive Hebrews in the United States. The issue? Whether Kosher slaughterhouses are humane.

Jews comprise less than 3% of the U.S. population. Among them, only Orthodox Jews, a smaller group making up only a fraction of all Jewish people, actually follow Kosher dietary laws religiously. Despite this, the Kosher certification industry, made up entirely by Orthodox Jews, aggressively markets the “option” for Kosher certification to the entire food industry.

Kosher means “fit to eat.” The Jewish Encyclopedia of 1942 states that the practice of eating rabbi-approved “kosher” foods goes back to ancient times when Jews were forbidden from eating or having sexual intercourse with Gentiles. The Encyclopedia says rabbis taught that, “Gentiles are ridden with diseases and death from unclean habits, and that God wishes to protect His people from being contaminated by the Gentiles. The non-kosher goods of the Gentiles were ruled to have a contaminating effect.”

However, according to Rabbi Schulem Rubin, an Orthodox rabbi from the Bronx, who was quoted in the Washington Post of Nov. 2, 1987, “Kosher doesn’t taste any better; kosher isn’t healthier; kosher doesn’t have less salmonella. You can eat a Holly Farm chicken which sells for 39 cents a pound on sale, and next taste a Kosher chicken selling for $1.69 a pound, and not tell the difference. There’s a lot of money to be made! Religion is not based on logic!”

Rabbi Irving Silverman, who organized a giant Kosher Foods Exposition in New York City, concurs. The Sun-Sentinel of March 20, 1987, quotes Rabbi Irving Silverman as stating: “There’s one misconception I would like to clear up. There’s a perception that the Jewish dietary laws are steeped in health considerations. That’s not so at all. It is a commitment to a strict adherence to a tradition, a thread from one generation to another. I’m not kosher because its’ healthier – I’m kosher because my parents were kosher and my grandparents were kosher. Its a commitment!”

Companies whose products bear the Kosher symbol pay Kosher certifiers a fee in order for their products to become “fit to eat.” Companies who refuse to pay this fee have been deemed “insensitive” to Jews and even labeled “anti-semitic.” In 1960, there were only 225 companies paying the kosher food tax. This jumped to 475 in 1966 and 800 by 1975. Jewish promoters of kosher labeling say there now has been a “kosher food explosion” with over 16,000 products paying rabbinical organizations for their “stamp of kosher approval.” On July 7, 1988, The Chicago Jewish Sentinel reported that Kosher product retail sales amounted to $30 billion a year.

Today, Kosher foods is a multi-billion dollar a year industry. The Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper, reports concerns that any legislative changes to existing Kosher practices might drive up the cost of food. Will speculators raise the price of food in grocery stores the same way they raised the price of fuel in gas stations?

What’s all the fuss about with Kosher slaughterhouses anyway? If you thought it had anything to do with the actual Kosher slaughter method itself, you’re wrong. That’s not what Jews are quibbling about. As a point of fact, animals do not receive a quick and painless death in Kosher slaughterhouses. Instead, the throats of these animals are cut and ripped out while the animal is still alive. They thrash about, bleeding to death slowly. Under National Socialist Germany, the Kosher slaughter was banned as inhumane. Modern animal rights activists also call the Kosher slaughter method inhumane.

But that’s not what Jews are calling inhumane today. According to the Haaretz, this inhumanity stems from “worker abuse.” That’s right, worker abuse. “How can you sit at your table and eat a product packaged by a pregnant woman who has been standing on her feet all day?” asked Rabbi Morris Allen of Minnesota.

The following video appears on youtube, made by a Jewish dissenter to the Kosher slaughter method itself. Warning. This footage is graphic. Viewer discretion is advised.

US And Israel Behind Georgia’s Stupidity, Suffering

My bet is the Georgian Olympics team members are glad to be in Beijing and not dodging the Russian Bear in their homeland.
I received an interesting email from a former US Special Forces soldier, and a day later, another from a retired USAF colonel. Both were almost identical as to the gist of what they were asking me…
“Karl, your focus on these facts is helping me to better understand what these idiots have done. But I have a question: is there anything you like or respect about our leaders?’
Hmm, how could I answer that in a ‘timely fashion?’
The US medals tally at the Beijing 2008 Olympics show some surprise performances.

WAR ALERT!!!

This is going to be quick and dirty today. No cute cartoons. No philosophizing. We haven’t time for any of that today.

I believe we are on the verge of the outbreak of World War III. Right now.

If I’m wrong, then so be it. I’ll apologize for being overreactive later. Too much hangs in the balance if I am right. Treat it as an exercise if you like. A practice for when the real thing happens, because you can be sure the real thing will happen … and soon.

For those who follow my writings and know just how right I usually am, be advised that I consider this to be very likely in the very near term (within the next week or two), highly likely within the next month or two and dead certain within the next year or two. I am uncertain only about the timing, not the outcome. The outcome is worldwide war, of course, and the likely defeat of America.

The Geopolitics of Iran: Holding the Center of a Mountain Fortress

To understand Iran, you must begin by understanding how large it is. Iran is the 17th largest country in world. It measures 1,684,000 square kilometers. That means that its territory is larger than the combined territories of France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal – Western Europe. Iran is the 16th most populous country in the world, with about 70 million people. Its population is larger than the populations of either France or the United Kingdom.

Under the current circumstances, it might be useful to benchmark Iran against Iraq or Afghanistan. Iraq is 433,000 square kilometers, with about 25 million people, so Iran is roughly four times as large and three times as populous. Afghanistan is about 652,000 square kilometers, with a population of about 30 million. One way to look at it is that Iran is 68 percent larger than Iraq and Afghanistan combined, with 40 percent more population.

Iran warns it would destroy Israel, 32 U.S. bases if attacked

Iran’s armed forces would launch devastating strikes against Israel and 32 American bases in the Mideast if these countries were to attack, a senior military official said on Saturday.

Iran carried out a series of missile tests this week in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, prompting the United States to issue a warning that it would defend Israel in the event of an Iranian attack. Israel’s Air Force last month conducted drills seen as a rehearsal for an attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

Israel Prodding U.S. To Attack Iran

Joint Chiefs Chairman Admiral Mike Mullen leaves Tuesday night on an overseas trip that will take him to Israel, reports CBS News national security correspondent David Martin. The trip has been scheduled for some time but U.S. officials say it comes just as the Israelis are mounting a full court press to get the Bush administration to strike Iran’s nuclear complex.

CBS consultant Michael Oren says Israel doesn’t want to wait for a new administration.

“The Israelis have been assured by the Bush administration that the Bush administration will not allow Iran to nuclearize,” Oren said. “Israelis are uncertain about what would be the policies of the next administration vis-à-vis Iran.”

Israel’s message is simple: If you don’t, we will. Israel held a dress rehearsal for a strike earlier this month, but military analysts say Israel can not do it alone.

Report: U.S. ‘preparing the battlefield’ in Iran

The Bush administration has launched a “significant escalation” of covert operations in Iran, sending U.S. commandos to spy on the country’s nuclear facilities and undermine the Islamic republic’s government, journalist Seymour Hersh said Sunday.

White House, CIA and State Department officials declined comment on Hersh’s report, which appears in this week’s issue of The New Yorker.

Hersh told CNN’s “Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer” that Congress has authorized up to $400 million to fund the secret campaign, which involves U.S. special operations troops and Iranian dissidents.
